Coordinating new customer tasks and following through to implementation.
Advise on realistic timelines based on available resources and current workload.
Coordinate with the finance team on when billing is due in the project stages.
High level documentation of new customer requests.
Communicate with clientson the progress of various projects.
Follow up with implementation leads to the tasks implementation status of various projects.
Provide feedback to management on improving the projects implementation process.
Ensure all project tasks are updated accordingly on the project management software.
Ensuring project implementation stages are followed per company policies and documentation & sign offs are done accordingly.
Co-ordinate with Head of Customer Service on new projects trainings and travel planning.
