Job Description
- Drive Organisational Change Management activities within the water Sector including stakeholder analysis; leadership alignment & engagement; change communications; change readiness assessments; job/role impact analysis; learning/training; post launch support; and key performance indicators
- Responsible for digital improvement of manual processes, Digital Ways of Working and Digital Collaboration Practices throughout all Water Business areas
- Work within the water team to prepare diagnostics on ongoing issues, complex problems and focus on operational efficiency and capacity improvements
- Identify and implement value creation opportunities
