• Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
• Collect Attendance Data and report to management
• Undertake tasks around performance management
• Organize annual employee performance reviews
• Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
• Copying, scanning and storing documents
• Translating from English to Arabic and back
• Manage the flow of documentation within the organization
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and terms of the agreement
