We are currently looking for aSales Engineeris an entry-level Sales position. He/She works with mid and senior management to improve our market position to achieve financial growth. He also promotes sales of company products through contacts with firms,
agencies and individuals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Prospects for new clients by networking, cold calling, or other means of generating interest from potential clients.
2. Researches and Identifies potential clients, and the decision makers.
3. Builds relationships with new clients.
4. Plans exhibits and other marketing events as required.
5. Sets sales targets and provides support to continually improve the relationship with both new and current clients.
6. Assist with the development of sales presentations and proposals.
7. Persuades existing clients to obtain additional products and make sure that they will have a repeat order.
8. Builds proposal and ensure timely submission to clients.
9. Responds to the client queries regarding the products in a timely manner and initiates meeting invites.
10. Submit bids or quotations to entities concerned.
11. Follows up quotations submitted to customers.
12. Explains to prospective clients about the advantages of the products offered and follow-up with them in order to close
the business deals.
13. Achieves/Exceeds sales quota target of Php1 million on a quarterly basis.
14. Closes at least 2 new clients on a monthly basis.
15. Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products to customers and prospective customers.
16. Confer with customers and engineers to assess equipment and supply needs.
17. Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support
Requirements
Requires a Bachelor Degree in Business or Marketing or Electrical Engineering, Licensed Electrical Engineer is a plus.
At least 2 years in Sales and Marketing
