Job Description

We are currently looking for aHR and Admin Assistantcontributes to the accomplishment of Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and on-going development of the superior workforce.


Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Hiring
2. Timekeeping
3. Employee Tracker
4. Benefits Administration
5. Executive Administration

6. Customer Service
7. Office Management
8. Office Support

Requirements

Specifications
Bachelor Degree is required. (Psychology, Behavioral Science or other related course)
- 1 to 2 years of general business experience, Human Resources experience preferred.
- General knowledge of various employment laws and practices.
- Experience in administration of benefits and other HR programs.

2. Skills
- Excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel in a Microsoft Windows environment.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Skills in file management and record keeping.
- Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality.
- Excellent organization skills.
