Requirements
Specifications
Bachelor Degree is required. (Psychology, Behavioral Science or other related course)
- 1 to 2 years of general business experience, Human Resources experience preferred.
- General knowledge of various employment laws and practices.
- Experience in administration of benefits and other HR programs.
2. Skills
- Excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel in a Microsoft Windows environment.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Skills in file management and record keeping.
- Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality.
- Excellent organization skills.
