Job Description
- Develop corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, Cultural Change Management, Learning & Development and HR Administration.
- Act to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training and development etc.
- Oversee all HR initiatives, systems and tactics.
- Manage the work of HR personnel and provide guidance.
- Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards.
- Anticipate and resolve litigation risks.
- Assertive and reacts quickly to change with the ability to resolve conflicts.
