Job Description

Function: CASA Sales
Grade: Executive/ Sr. Senior Executive
Department: Liabilities



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responsible for managing complete life cycle of New Products, maintenance of existing products and continuous process improvements
  • Manage Relationships and Acquire New Clients from the Segment leading to acquisition of Accounts (NOA)
  • Responsible for Manage Relationships and Acquire New Clients from the Segment leading to Total Deposit (CASA & ITD)
  • Responsible for 50% of CA accounts to be in premium Segment
  • Responsible for POS Installation
  • Responsible for Branch Retail Current Account Month End Balance (ETB) & Branch Retail Current Account Month End Balance (NTB).
  • Responsible for Cross Sell (RTD + TPP+ SB NOA)
  • Responsible for Bring incremental Business from New Mandates/ Relationships from GIB Segment contributing to 10% of Total Deposit (CA+SA)
  • Brings Innovation at work


Requirements

Minimum Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.

Relevant Experience : At-least 1 year of Field sales experience in Banking or Financial services.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
Strong communication skills, leadership skills, result orientation, inter-personal skills and service orientation
Knowledge of the local geography and language will be an added advantage.
