Job Description

Our client is a reliable Finance company in Vietnam who is searching for potential candidate to join their firm:

1. Deliver training for ICM:
  • Train for new ICM with licensing program (basic knowledge on life insurance, products, operation, GSP, selling skills, code of conduct, )
  • Coach for new ICM during the 1st month, 2nd month and 3rd month
  • Manage all the training records and report to Head of Banca Training
  • Develop some training materials content related to licensing program

2. Deliver training for LBS:
  • Train for new LBS with licensing program (basic knowledge on life insurance, products, operation, GSP, selling skills, code of conduct, ).
  • Coach for LBS with selling skills and upper lever (Core LBS, Private Banking, )
  • Manage all the training records and report to Head of Training
  • Develop some training materials content related to licensing program
  • Conduct GP/WS at branch at the request from Branch

3. Deliver training for Partners:
  • Train for new Partners with licensing program (basic knowledge on life insurance, products, operation, GSP, code of conduct, ).
  • Manage all the training records and report to Head of Training
  • Develop some training materials content related to licensing program

4. Join in all the company s projects assigned by Chief Distribution Officer (CDO)/Head of Banca Training:

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of insurance sales training experience within the insurance or other financial services industries. Bancassurance training experience is a preference
  • Demonstrable evidence of the ability to design, arrange and deliver insurance training programs
  • Possess strategic thinking and change management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrable commitment in delivering exceptional customer service and customer experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication & interpersonal skills
  • Highly flexible and adaptable to a demanding role in a start-up environment
  • English literacy: Good
