Job Description
Everest Technologies is looking for Azure Data Engineer for a Large retail client. This candidate must have strong experience with Azure Data-bricks & ADF development with any of ETL tool experience. This candidate should be able to do impact analysis on the current ETLs ( in Data stage/ Informatica/ SSIS) and provide solutions based on the analysis.
Responsibilities
- Technically lead complex projects between disparate IT systems.
- Mentor additional staff augment personnel.
- Ensure all changes are properly documented, planned, tested, and approved before being moved into production
- Must be able to code, debug and test Azure Cloud.
- Ensure work meets functionality and quality expectations within given timelines.
- Migrating from DataStage to Azure Cloud.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in an IT related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in developingAzure Data bricks, ADF & Snowflake Database
- Experience developing solutions on AZure Cloud.
- Should have experience in any of the ETL tool- Informatica, DataStage, SSIS.
- Experience conducting impact analysis and providing solution-based analysis
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and evaluate risk in an production on-call setting.
Good to have: Knowledge and know-how to troubleshoot potential coding/compilation issues, and experience with best practices around database coding Experience in product development, version management and multi-site deployment Have experience in accessing database through Hibernate ETL and Big Data experience is a plus
