Job Description
- To ensure Licensing of the agents and building own team
- To drive productivity of the new and vintage agents
- To drive performance by implementing sales promotion for the PFA
- To coach and mentor PFAs in providing need based solutions for customers
- To deliver new business and renewal business through the new and vintage agents
- To ensure business Reporting, MIS on sales call (LMS) maintained on a daily basis .
- New agent acquisition Target Achievement = 100%
- New Business Target Achievement = 100%
- Renewal Business >= 80%
- PFA Activation Target Achievement = 100%
Requirements
- Location Criteria :Should be local or from last 3 years in the same cityand should be minimum of 25 years Age and from Field Sales background
- 12thPass Minimum Qualification, Proficiency in MS Excel
- Minimum 3 years of Sales Experience. Handling team experience will be added advantage
Benefits
Monthly salary:25k
