• To ensure Licensing of the agents and building own team
  
• To drive productivity of the new and vintage agents
  
• To drive performance by implementing sales promotion for the PFA
  
• To coach and mentor PFAs in providing need based solutions for customers
  
• To deliver new business and renewal business through the new and vintage agents
  
• To ensure business Reporting, MIS on sales call (LMS) maintained on a daily basis .

• New agent acquisition Target Achievement = 100%
  
• New Business Target Achievement = 100%
  
• Renewal Business >= 80%
  
• PFA Activation Target Achievement = 100%
  

Requirements

• Location Criteria :Should be local or from last 3 years in the same cityand should be minimum of 25 years Age and from Field Sales background
  
• 12^thPass Minimum Qualification, Proficiency in MS Excel
  
• Minimum 3 years of Sales Experience. Handling team experience will be added advantage
