- He will be managing a team size of 80 people. 10 team leaders and 70 ground agents on a day-to-day basis.
- Complete ownership of Ground Sales.
- Manage new hiring/ Smooth Onboarding/ Training and L&D of all ground agents.
- Ownership of Input and Output both of the entire ground team
- Monitor team input on a daily basis and identify key gap areas on agent and TL level
- Daily reporting of all team leaders, aligning all the teams, setting daily targets, getting insights from the market via TLs, closing all big ticket size sales.
- Monitor timely closing of all nego/query tickets via coordinating with the supply team.
Requirements
Salary: up to 8-9 LPA
Exp: 3-4 years of Sales experience (preferably from an Agri background)
Have managed a team size of at least 50 people before.
