Service Advisor

Purely Automotive Recruitment Ltd are proudly searching for motivated and experienced Service Advisor to join our client based in Chester.

As Service Advisor, reporting to the Service Manager, you will provide outstanding customer care and be the vital link between customers and the workshop. You will inform and consult on vehicle servicing, and keep customers up to date at every stage whilst answering any questions or queries they may have. You will also liaise with technicians & workshop control about vehicle statuses, ensuring all vehicles are ready on time.

You will also have the ability to give best advice on products and services to customers. This is a challenging role where customer care always comes first, and you will take the time to talk to people, build a genuine rapport and identify exactly what customers want and need. Service Advisors work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure they provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.

Requirements

We are looking for experienced Service Advisors from within the automotive industry with excellent organisational and administrative skills along with good attention to detail. You must be immaculately presented and possess a strong customer service background as you will be delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in a very busy and demanding environment. A working knowledge of Kerridge / Pinnacle or other automotive based systems would be advantageous.
