• Lead country performance management reviewing the performance on a weekly basis.
• Plan budgets per country to ensure efficient allocation across channels
• Ensure best performance are applied and highlight requirements to achieve excellence
• Review Pre/post funnel matrix on channels through PowerBI data tool and steer performance.
• Continuously run experiments including baseline, creative, content, and frequency testing to improve key performance metrics and effectively communicate results to global stakeholders
• Ensure that assets and content are finalized, uploaded, and optimized across countries
• Maintains knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies tools to use
• Set a clear action plan to steer performance when behind targets.
