Job Description
- Developing and implementing project management methodologies, processes, and tools to ensure consistent project delivery
- Putting into effect the full project plan including all project activities and coordinating all relevant stakeholders
- Plan relations and dependencies to identify the expected date of delivery
- Examining the solution requests and delivering them in high quality
- Conducting a market and competitive study
- Overseeing the Technical Team's investigation and identification of solution technical needs
- Following up with clients in the service phase and planning for delivery of client requirements and requests
- Executing and following up on project plans, updates, and requirements
- Overseeing technical support for team members to ensure they have needed tech information
- Monitoring and reporting on project progress, and proactively identifying and managing project risks and issues
- Managing and coaching different teams members on technical and non-technical aspects to achieve their full potential
