Black & Grey HR is hiring for a leading Retail Gaming Company in the Middle East. Our client is looking to hire an HR manager who will take ownership of all HR matters across KSA from recruitment to performance reviews, wage reviews, disciplinary action, and learning and development. To excel in this role, you should have knowledge around all legal requirements in KSA.
- Consistently recruiting excellent staff.
- Maintaining a smooth onboarding process.
- Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
- Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
- Conducting performance and wage reviews.
- Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
- Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
- Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures.
- Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.
- Create job requirements and employment contracts for various jobs.
- Calculate payroll considering over time, occasional holidays.
- Oversee payroll and keep updated records of payments.
- Managing online portals like Qiwa, Mudod, Muqeem, etc.
- Monitor attendance of employees and working schedules including breaks, overtime and paid time offs.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in human resources management or equivalent.
- 4+ years of work experience in a related role
- Experience in human resources or related field.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
- Experience in educating and coaching staff
- Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations
- Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy.
- Knowledge of Labor Laws
