Job Description
This is a remote position.
Senior Business Analyst - HR Projects -REMOTE - UK ONLY
We are looking for someone to join a great team on an exciting brand new transformation programme who has been involved in HR process change, Success factors experiencewould be a great addition along with
HR process mapping automation / Self serve /reporting, recruitment, performance reviews etc
Experience of implementing matrix ways of working is a must!
UK Hybrid working / Remote anywhere in the UK
18 month initial FTC with expectations to go perm!
Standard Package
Salary NEG doe up to £60K
Plus Grade 3 car allowance £6444
Matched contributory pension up to 8%

Purpose of the position
Reporting tothe project manager, thisrole willbe responsible forgatheringbusiness requirementsand collating, validating and maintaining people related data.Theserequirements, supported by the evidenced underlying data, will inform functional level organisation design and the services offered to colleagues in the wider business.
Accountabilities
This role will deliver business analysis activities, including:
- Extracting requirements from stakeholders to inform service provision to meet business needs
- Documenting As Is business processes, to produce process maps at the various levels (L1,L2.L3) including process models and other supporting documents andworking with stakeholders to design and document the To Be state
- Developing and manipulating data collections from core systems systems to ensure accurate capture of key people related statistics such as departmental headcount,spans, layers and job family statistics
- Presenting data and business analysis findings to stakeholders using easily consumed visuals, dashboards and chart
- Working with business teams and other departments to find the best way to design new processes and solve process-related issues
- Providing technical and analytical support to enable the organization to fully exploit its information resource
Key activities
- Businessanalysis creating and maintainingprocessesandguidancethat enablesstakeholderstooptimizeperformance, identify issues and takedata drivenactionsto resolve issues.
- Data capture and analysis of functional level people statistics
- Strategic analysis conducting deep diveexerciseof analysis to provide insight into identified businessissuesor proactively drive recommendations to improvebusiness operation.
Experience
You will be a team player,haveexcellent interpersonal skills, all of which enable you todevelopstrong and trustedrelationships within theorganisation.
You will be keen to contribute to the achievement of the Business s long-term strategic growth and will ideally have some or all the following:
Experience in using business analysis tools and techniques.
Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs, with the ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence
Working with, analyzing and communicating data to a range of audiences
Strong stakeholder management skills and effective communicator.
Self-motivated, proactive and customer focused with excellent organisational skills
Have experience managing multiple stakeholders and external suppliers within a single project.
Willingness to travel to other UK location

- Business analysis. Ability to investigate, analyse, and solve complex problems making evidence-based decisions ensuring that solutions are aligned with organisationstrategy and objectives
- Data capture and analysis. Highly skilled at working with data and presenting with clarity
- Business improvement process. An ability to identify and explore opportunities business improvement. Know how to drive identify, prioritise and implementimprovements. This includes recognising potential for automation of processes and assisting implementation where needed.
- Requirements definition and management. An ability to identify, define and manage the objectives of a service or functional area. You will be able to specifyrequirements from both a business and user perspective to enable agreed changes to be implemented effectively.
