General Activities and Responsibilities:
- Providing general assistance and carrying out instructions issued by Product Engineers within the team
- Testing IC devices personally by hand or through collaboration and coordination with testfloor staff
- Troubleshooting and debugging ATE setups to enable continuity of ATE testing
- Documentation and summarization of work activities, test results, activity status, and debug/troubleshooting
- Performing inspection of test hardware setups, programs, and procedures
- Evaluating engineering processes and proposing optimizations for efficiency
- RMA testing, datalogging, and documentation
- Participation in learning experiences such as training sessions and workshops.
- Knows how to use MS Office software or equivalent
Desired Skills:
- Not required, but experience or familiarity with any one of the following will help reduce your learning curve:
- ATE Level Experience (Test/Product) on Agilent 93K (or equivalent)
- SOC/Digital Video/Ethernet/Router design/Board level and IC level debug
- ATE Software and Test Program Debug
- RCCA
- Failure Analysis/Reliability
- Any educational background in Computer/Electrical Engineering background or Electronics/Semiconductors disciplines would help reduce your learning curve.
