Product Manager

This is a remote position.

As long as they have litigation domain and ediscovery (specifically Relativity) this person does not need to be a fullon Product Manager. They could be for example a Product Owner or someone junior in Product.

Litigation and ediscovery(relativity) is much more important than lots of years or being a seasoned PM.

Must have s:

• Litigation domain experience
  
• Ediscovery tools specifically Relativity experience intermediate.
  
• Examples of what they are working on that requires this experience: Currently we are setting strategy on how to archive data and make policies related to relativity figuring how to automate getting jobs into relativity quicker internal vetting for Relativity s new AI Features before they can put them into the roadmap)
  
• Product experience (does not need to be a product manager)
  

Space: Enterprise legal management and office of general counsel: Engage with vendors upgrades roadmapping roll up sleeves and get involves with engineering team ( can help do data archival policies and push that through get involved with data /operations)

JD: EDiscovery Product Manager Technology

This role is pivotal in supporting an advanced eDiscovery team that enables regulatory business units to conduct thorough reviews of digitally provided unstructured data and assist in the investigation and legal discovery processes during litigations. A significant aspect of this role involves the strategic usage and deployment of RelativityOne features managing the roadmap data management archive management and interfacing with multiple internal stakeholder groups to optimize the platforms efficacy and integration.

Support collaboration with business and technology stakeholders to define product vision strategy and detailed roadmap including the deployment and enhanced utilization of RelativityOne features along with other eDiscovery processing solutions.

.

Develop a robust understanding of the business domains within focus including comprehensive knowledge of applicable data sets that inform strategic decisions and feature enhancements.

.

Acquire an indepth comprehension of current capabilities and collaborate with business and technology partners to assess challenges and opportunities aiming to evolve to a future state of increased functionality and user satisfaction.

.

Implement productled growth and usercentric best practices spearheading change management and prioritization to align with strategic goals.

.

Maintain and prioritize the product backlog making informed decisions that balance the needs of users and stakeholders while steering the product development lifecycle.

.

Engage with business engineering and vendor teams to clarify functional specifications resolve issues and streamline feature deployment.

.

Coordinate with business and technology stakeholders to develop new business cases take ownership of business case documentation and ensure meticulous progression through all review phases to approval and implementation.

Support design development and deployment of eDiscovery processing tools and platforms enhancing internal capabilities and integration with external systems.

Drive / support data management and archive management.

.

Collaborate with other product teams to evolve the eDiscovery and Investigative workflows from data collection through production.

Job Skills:

Experience with Litigation domain and eDiscovery applications including managing RelativityOne deployments and developing internal eDiscovery solutions.

Product management experience including agile methodologies user empathy and the capacity to comprehensively understand business processes while crafting clear visions strategies and roadmaps. Proficient in product refinement techniques skilled in creating prioritizing and managing backlogs with a datadriven approach.

Collaboration abilities facilitating seamless interactions across business / technology teams.

Knowledge of EDRM and matter lifecycle management preferred.

Understanding of Jira AHA and PowerBI preferred.

Additional Responsibilities:

Map out a detailed and actionable roadmap for the phased deployment of RelativityOne features and internal eDiscovery processing solutions ensuring alignment with both shortterm needs and longterm strategic goals.

Serve as a liaison among various stakeholder groups including regulatory units IT legal and compliance teams to ensure a holistic approach to the platforms development and integration.

Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to gather feedback update progress and adjust strategies as necessary to meet the evolving demands of the business environment.
