Assist in translating documents from Arabic to English and vice versa.
Assist Administrative Manager and Administrative Officer in overseeing maintenance and cleanliness of IMC Jordan offices.
Assist in preparing, proofreading and editing correspondence, spreadsheets and reports as requested.
Assist in providing appropriate workstations and necessary stationery to visiting employees and guests.
Assist in organizing the office layout and in maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment.
