Harmonize different talent practices to enable effective, consistent, and sustainable practices that build a strong talent pipeline and promote careers and development for everyone.
Work closely with the wider Talent Management and People Development teams to contribute and lead projects that shape the talent strategy, agenda and approach aligned to the AVEVA Values and technically enabled through the new HRIS. Bring different thinking, thought leadership, talent expertise and a willingness to challenge the existing practices.
Bring robust data into all aspects of talent responsibilities, being able to analyse, manipulate and spot data trends to bring insights to HRBPs, leaders and employees. Deliver on appropriate and relevant targets, including ESG targets, monitor progress and act.
