Job Description
Role: Salesforce FSL Sr. Developer
Location: Remote, Candidate can be anywhere in US, EST.
Job Description:
- The project is for Salesforce Field Service Lightning Implementation.
- Salesforce Field Service architecture and implementation knowledge with 5+ years of designing and configuration experience
- Experience in leading business stakeholder workshops and design sessions across Salesforce Field Service
- Expert in Field Service Scheduling, Routing, and Optimization features.
- Experience in design and development of technical solutions on the Lightning platform and custom Field Service solutions
- Knowledge of the Field Service Mobile app, mobile offline framework, and experience with designing FS mobile app extensions / flows.
- Knowledge of Dispatcher Console, Experience Cloud, Appointment Assistant, Assets, Inventory Management, Maintenance Plans, Service Contracts, Entitlements, Warranty, Return Order.
- Bonus if having exposure to complimentary products such as Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
