Job Description

Role: Salesforce FSL Sr. Developer

Location: Remote, Candidate can be anywhere in US, EST.

Job Description:

  1. The project is for Salesforce Field Service Lightning Implementation.
  1. Salesforce Field Service architecture and implementation knowledge with 5+ years of designing and configuration experience
  2. Experience in leading business stakeholder workshops and design sessions across Salesforce Field Service
  3. Expert in Field Service Scheduling, Routing, and Optimization features.
  4. Experience in design and development of technical solutions on the Lightning platform and custom Field Service solutions
  5. Knowledge of the Field Service Mobile app, mobile offline framework, and experience with designing FS mobile app extensions / flows.
  6. Knowledge of Dispatcher Console, Experience Cloud, Appointment Assistant, Assets, Inventory Management, Maintenance Plans, Service Contracts, Entitlements, Warranty, Return Order.
  7. Bonus if having exposure to complimentary products such as Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
