Job Description
- Develop and maintain a structured and scalable Order Operations program to ensure consistency of all aspects of vehicle orders, including but not limited to ensuring accurate configurations, payments and refunds, while supporting all various European customer types and order channels;
- Be the primary owner of vehicle build plans, beginning with Lucid’s first product, the Air. This includes managing the assignment and reassignment of customer orders to specific build cycles;
- Build out and manage a team of highly skilled and motivated Order Operations Specialists to support the continued expansion of Lucid’s operations across new markets;
- Work closely with Sales, Product Planning, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Logistics to maximize potential deliveries;
- Work closely with various stakeholder to ensure accurate order and delivery documentation is timely created, supporting on time order-, delivery- and revenue recognition.
