Job Description
- Manage existing first/ last mile delivery hubs under your region.
- Ensure adherence to SLA's/ TAT's for delivery/ pickups as per the targets.
- Monitoring KPIs and take corrective actions for deviations from standards.
- Work closely with all First/ Last Mile hubs to ensure they are 100% compliant with existing SOP.
- Identify process gaps & get them corrected for execution.
- Work towards continuous improvement for serving all clients expectations.
