Job Description

Receive and resolve customer inquiries and complaints related to the orders in a timely manner.

Resolve issues related to incomplete orders and delivery blocks with customers and/or internal teams.

Building and maintaining relationships with clients as well as with other departments of the organization.

Working closely with operation team.

Auditing all the undelivered shipments with customer.
