As part of our strategy to strengthen our local presence in Western Switzerland, you will be part of multi-disciplinary team in Geneva, with objective to become the trusted advisor of
our Industrial, Manufacturing (incl. Luxury & Watchmakers) & Retail clients in their major transformations.

Business Development
- Participate in the development of the Supply Chain planning activity: pre-sales, POC, commercial proposals, publisher partnerships, trade shows & webinars;
- Organize a functional and technological watch of the planning solutions available on the market
- Manage the relationship with some solution partners (e.g. Anaplan)
Project delivery
- Participate in projects to define target Supply Chain Planning operating model and subsequent processes
- Support your clients in the choice of planning solutions
- Help clients in the specification, design and configuration of solutions following an
"agile" project methodology
- Build complex planning models
- Manage project delivery at our clients
- Motivate and steer project team
Practice development
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Maintain and develop your existing client portfolio with all the assets BearingPoint can provide
- Support the development of new clients starting with Supply-Chain Planning projects
HR & people management
- Manage and coach team members

- Align people to objectives and set priorities and direction
Requirements
- Successful completion of a master's degree in engineering, business, economics or similar
- At least 5 years of experience in a consulting firm, working for Industrial & Manufacturing in the Supply-Chain domain
- Leadership experience of major projects with regards to Supply Chain Planning (strategy, process optimization, solution implementation) in a private organization
- You have already worked and developed client relationships in Western Switzerland with an existing client portfolio in Western Switzerland and the interest to expand the customer base
- Native or fluent in French, business fluent in English (both written and spoken), German is a plus
- Excellent analytical capabilities with a pragmatic and strong entrepreneurship mindset
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment with a multi-context approach
- Great communication skills
