Job Description
For a project at our client s site (home office possible within Switzerland), an international insurance in Zurich, we are looking for a motivated Senior DevOps Engineer - Docker/Linux.
Tasks
- Implement automation (CI/CD processes) using AzureDevOps
- Responsible for the infrastructure provisioning, configuration, build and application deployment for a set of Docker/Python applications on Linux
- Operational support including application monitoring and troubleshooting
- Conduct systems tests for security, performance, and availability
- Work collaboratively with the IT Operations team
- Work collaboratively in architecting/developing solutions with the development team
- Working and supporting the team of very skilled numerical programmers
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer with excellent troubleshooting skills
- Experience in code deployment frameworks such as Ansible or SaltStack
- Strong skills in Docker and Linux with experience in Terraform, Kubernetes
- Solid understanding and working experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud providers
- In-depth knowledge of Git and DevOps standards and Agile principles
- Excellent communications with a structured and independent way of work
- Fluent in English, German and French is a Plus
