Job Description
- Oversees overall implementation, technical, operational and otherwise
- Supports in the development, organizing and implementation of training opportunities for staff
- Supports the roll-out of staff supervision and professional development opportunities
- Provides education on, and supports the roll-out and adherence to the IMC Protocol
- Demonstrate and follow the IASC Guidelines for MHPSS and adheres to international guidelines and best practices in project development and implementation
- Conducts regular reviews documentation to ensure technical compliance and adherence to the guideline
- Supports and guides staff in the development of biopsychosocial care plans with focus on any immediate safety concerns
- Represents IMC at key stakeholder meetings and ensure the communication channels and referral are open and well established with stakeholders.
