- Providing guidance to junior consultants by mentoring them and providing regular feedback on performance

- Conducting surveys and studies related to specific industries or topics such as healthcare, finance, or technology
- Participating in meetings with clients to discuss project objectives, budgets, timelines, and deliverables
- Conducting research on topics such as company history or market trends to prepare for projects
- Conducting interviews with clients to gather information about their needs and desires for a project’s outcome
- Performing analyses of data collected from surveys or interviews to identify trends or opportunities for improvement
