Length of Assignment: 13 weeks contract
Shift: Days - 11am- 8:30pm, with a 30 min break, Mon- Fri, with rotating weekends Part Time Flexible Scheduling

Job Description:
- The overall functions of this position are to prepare and serve regular and special diets to patients and employees.
- Performs other duties as may be assigned by Director of Dietary/ Nutrition Services. Must be familiar with inventorying, cooking by recipes, quantity cooking and following written procedures.
- Food handling and sanitation.
- Stands and walks most of the day.
- Handles and manipulates equipment.
- Stoops and reaches for equipment.
- Lifts and carries food and kitchen equipment (up to 50 lbs.).
- Tastes and smells food to determine quality.
- Understand and effectively deliver on all recipes and food service concepts as directed.
Experience/Certification/Education:
- 3-5 Years' experience working a cook. Food handlers permit preferred.
- Minimum High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent combination education and experience
