Job Description:
As an Entry Level Investment Banking yst specializing in Business Services you will play a critical role in our investment banking team. You will be involved in conducting financial ysis performing market research and isting senior ysts and ociates in executing transactions within the business services sector. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to a wide range of financial services and to develop ss essential for a successful career in investment banking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial ysis: Perform financial modeling including valuation ysis discounted cash flow (DCF) ysis comparable company ysis (CCA) and precedent transactions ysis.
- Market Research: Conduct industry research and ysis to identify key trends competitive landscapes and potential investment opportunities within the business services sector.
- Due Diligence: ist in conducting due diligence on potential transactions including yzing financial statements preparing investment memorandums and evaluating risks and opportunities.
- Client Communication: Support senior team members in preparing presentations and pitch materials for client meetings investor roadshows and other business development activities.
- Transaction : ist in managing the of M&A transactions capital raising initiatives and other strategic advisory services for clients in the business services industry.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with clients investors and other stakeholders to support business development efforts and enhance deal flow.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business Administration or related field.
- Strong ytical and quantitative ss with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication ss with the ability to effectively present complex financial information.
- Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy and ability to meet tight deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- Prior internship or work experience in investment banking corporate finance or related fields is preferred but not required.
