Job Description
RT 38 BBQ is a new smokehouse-style, quick-service restaurant in Glen Ellyn, IL. Our traditionally smoked meats are finished in the modern style while our sides and sauces are created in the Fusion style.

The position is Part-Time, Hourly. The pay range is $14.00 - $17.00 and is experience commiserate.
Many of your duties will be administered as needed and required, but are not limited to the following:

Many of your duties will be administered as needed and required, but are not limited to the following:
- Guest services, including register operations
- Utility support, detailed cleaning, dish, etc.
- Kitchen support; prep, dish-up, boxing of catering orders, etc.
- Receiving stock, rotation (FIFO), inventory of stock, etc.
- Making boxes as needed or directed.
- Rt.38 BBQ training; prep, set-up, line procedures, opening, closing, etc.
- Maintaining orderly, clean warehouse area.
- Occasional delivery and set-up of catering orders.
- Other duties as directed.
