Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries resolve complaints process orders and provide information about products and services. The CSR will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction:

    • Respond to customer inquiries via phone email chat and inperson.
    • Provide accurate information about products and services.
    • Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service.
  • Order Processing:

    • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
    • Update customer accounts and records with order information.
    • Coordinate with the warehouse and shipping departments to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • ProblemSolving:

    • Identify and escalate issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
    • Provide solutions to customer problems and offer alternatives when applicable.
  • Documentation and Reporting:

    • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions transactions and complaints.
    • Prepare reports on customer feedback and service issues.
    • Assist in developing and implementing customer service procedures and policies.
  • Team Collaboration:

    • Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
    • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on products services and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

  • Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
