We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as Field Service Engineer.
The role:
As the Field Service Engineer you will provide excellent facetoface customer service to our customers whilst promoting our market leading products and services. You will be joining a team that really is essential in maintaining and enhancing both pre and postsale customer relationships being the link between our production facility and our longstanding customers. Our Field Service Team is at the heart of what we do!
Here are some of the responsibilities of the position:
- Work with the Service Engineering department to commission and troubleshoot machine issues.
- Evaluate troubleshoot and resolve system functions inhouse
- Responsible for reading and following electrical schematics
- Finalize system manufacture (configure and calibrate) inhouse
- Update documentation

- The pay range for this position is $65000 $80000 per year depending on experience.
Requirements :
The ideal candidate for this role will have the following:
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 3 years hands on experience
- Knowledge of Electrical Schematics Multimeter Oscilloscope MS Suite Programming is plus
- Great aptitude and attitude
- Works well alone and as part of a great team
