Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customeroriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our clients and maintaining positive relationships with them. You will also be the main point of contact for any inquiries or issues our clients may have and will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Provide product and service information to customers
Process orders and assist with product inquiries
Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a positive customer experience
Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer satisfaction
Meet or exceed customer service goals and objectives
Continuously seek ways to improve processes and procedures to enhance the customer experience
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
12 years of experience in customer service or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problemsolving and conflict resolution abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
Experience with CRM systems is a plus
Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
