Support Talent Acquisition in our recruitment / hiring process and new joiner set-up
Prepare for contingent worker onboarding
Working closely with the GRO and new joiners to initiate the Iqama and medical insurance process (Saudi Arabia)
Track new employee probation period and inform the managers
Liaise with HR Services on monthly payroll
In Saudi Arabia, perform all Government online processes for actions related to staff such as GOSI (social security), and Mudad (payroll system used by all employers in Saudi)
