We serve a diverse range of clients across the Saudi market including hotels restaurants and cafes (HoReCa). Our company is known for organizing highprofile events and exhibitions such as HoReCa shows to showcase our products and connect with industry professionals.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detailoriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will coordinate marketing activities manage event logistics and support the overall marketing strategy to enhance our brand presence in the Saudi market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Event Coordination: Plan and execute marketing events including HoReCa shows trade exhibitions and promotional activities.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns to promote our premium food products.
  • Content Creation: Create and manage content for various marketing channels including social media email newsletters and the company website.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends competitor activities and customer preferences.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team suppliers and external partners to ensure successful marketing initiatives.
  • Budget Management: Monitor and manage marketing budgets ensuring costeffective use of resources.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on marketing activities event outcomes and campaign performance.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing preferably in the food distribution or hospitality industry.
  • Skills:
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities.
  • Language: Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
