Job Description
- Customer Relationship Manager will be accountable for managing, retaining and developing accounts / portfolio and driving growth.
- Must have experience of managing banking customers and must have a through understanding of BFS domain.
- Manage relationships with CxOs and other stakeholders to help drive growth and customer satisfaction in the accounts / portfolio
- Strategize and create a blue print for increased mindshare and wallet share in respective market segment/portfolios
- Will be responsible for strategic planning for the portfolio driving customer satisfaction.
- Actively participate in business planning / budgeting exercises & provide a view to senior management
- Will be responsible for high-level relationship management with clients and serve as the primary management contact and client liaison.
