Job Description
Qualification:
A high school diploma as a minimum, and a diploma or bachelor’s degree in related fields such as business administration or marketing is preferred.
Artistic skills:
Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office programs (such as Word, Excel).
Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.
Ability to handle phone calls, email and instant chat.
Personal skills:
Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.
Ability to deal with customers professionally and tactfully.
Good listening skills and understanding customer needs.
Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively.
