Job Description

Establish clear retention goals and practical milestones for customers and employees to work towards

Assisting customers as needed in preparing and navigating between programs or programs associated with a product or service

Promote the value of the product, services and products promoted through brand image and enhance value through customer experience

Maintain a detailed understanding of products and services, assist customers in asking questions and suggesting the best products for their needs

Collaborate with other teams, understand customer requirements, and promote the sale of company products

Increase sales by selling additional products to customers.

Issuing invoices and following up their payment with the client.

Analyze customer data to improve customer experience.

Receiving, dividing, and distributing new requests to the team

Communicate with employees to ensure that their business is set up in the right way

Contribute and work to raise the percentage of customers operations and raise the customers success rate.

Working on any additional duties related to the job



Requirements

  • Highly organized and able to multi-task.
  • Self-driven and proactive nature.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate leadership qualities.
  • High computer literacy and ability to learn new software.
  • Knowledge of customer success processes.
  • Experience in document creation.
  • Patient and active listener.
  • Passion for service.
  • BC degree in marketing or business management.
  • English: fluently.
