Job Description
- Manages internal/external social media communication projects.
- Sets goals to increase ADU’s social media presence on channels such as Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and Instagram.
- Monitors all digital mediums on a daily basis.
- Plans with marketing team to create branded social media campaign assets.
- Ensures high standard of customer relationship management with all internal and external stakeholders.
- Tracking and analysing the impact of enrolment from social media efforts.
