Job Description
- Setting up planning strategies, executing demand and supply planning activities
- Lead the planners in formulating comprehensive demand/supply plan based on consumption, marketing and operation team inputs in coordination with the procurement and logistics team for proper supply planning.
- Lead the S&OP strategic meetings to drive the planning discussion with key stakeholders.
- Review and maintain replenishment parameters in ERP & planning systems.
- Define daily, weekly, and monthly replenishment plans for outlets, based on PAR level and replenishment parameters.
- Participate in the S&OP strategic meeting to drive the planning discussion with key stakeholders.
