Job Description
- Planning, organizing, directing, controlling and evaluating construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications and budget.
- Planning and preparing construction schedules and milestones, and monitoring progress against established schedules.
- Follow up contracts and achieved the target
- Representing your company on matters such as business services and negotiation.
- Preparing progress reports and issuing progress schedules to PM.
- Review the work progress on daily basis
- Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
- Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
- Analyses, manage and mitigate risks
- Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
- Be fully familiar with Project contract requirements, policies, and procedures and ensure that the requirements relating to the site operations are implemented.
- Supervise contractor compliance with work permits, method statement, and Job Safety Analysis requirements.
- Monitor sub-contractors, consultants and suppliers’ activities to ensure project delivery is on time and within budget.
Job Requirements
Experience and Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering).
- 10-15 years of relative experience.
- Experience in Infrastructure is a MUST.
- English: Very Good.
- AutoCAD: Excellent.
