Construction Manager

Job Description

• Planning, organizing, directing, controlling and evaluating construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications and budget.
• Planning and preparing construction schedules and milestones, and monitoring progress against established schedules.
• Follow up contracts and achieved the target
• Representing your company on matters such as business services and negotiation.
• Preparing progress reports and issuing progress schedules to PM.
• Review the work progress on daily basis
• Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
• Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
• Analyses, manage and mitigate risks
• Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
• Be fully familiar with Project contract requirements, policies, and procedures and ensure that the requirements relating to the site operations are implemented.
• Supervise contractor compliance with work permits, method statement, and Job Safety Analysis requirements.
• Monitor sub-contractors, consultants and suppliers’ activities to ensure project delivery is on time and within budget.

Job Requirements

Experience and Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering).
• 10-15 years of relative experience.
• Experience in Infrastructure is a MUST.
• English: Very Good.
• AutoCAD: Excellent.
