Work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision
Facilitate the client’s vision by gathering research, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for digital products
Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences
Design and deliver personas, wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces
Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions
Make strategic design, and user-experience decisions, related to core and new functions and features
Collaborate and communicate closely with teams, and other stakeholders, via a distributed model, and regularly deliver UX solutions for approval
Take a user-centered design approach to rapidly test and iterate the user experience
Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
Ask smart questions, take risks and champion new ideas
Ideation & Design
Collaborate with various stakeholders and team members to understand project requirements; work with the Creative Director to develop the creative strategy for the planned project
Participate in identifying and defining innovative, cross-disciplinary solutions for each project
Lead or support the creation of the user experience plan for assigned projects, including: personas, user stories, user flow, user requirements, sitemap, wireframes, etc.
Leverage user interface and design standards, such as material design, to set the creative direction and create a sturdy foundation for the project
Create, improve and use wireframes, prototypes, style guides and user flows to effectively communicate your design and interaction ideas
Design all user interfaces required for assigned projects based on the identified templates and pages
Present and defend your design decisions. Your design decisions should be based on the overall design roadmap, as well as your own design concepts and fundamental principles (i.e. color theory, visual weight, etc.)
Support the website, system, or mobile app build by creating and optimizing all required graphics
Work within Trufla’s design processes while also supporting ongoing improvement by identifying and recommending new tools and processes
Consistently stay current and updated on the latest changes in industry standards

Job Qualifications
2+ years’ experience in similar role, preferably within a marketing agency, technology/software company or professional services firm
Willing to shift regular work schedule to support clients in various time zones
Proven track record managing client and internal relationships
Technical skills related to website development, data processing and management, and quality control are not required but would be a strong asset
