Job Description

  • Receive and process calls from all customers, agents and other external / internal parties.
  • Process customers’ requests, enquiries, and appointments through utilizing available resources and respond to customers’ questions related to different products and services in order to ensure the best quality of customer service.
  • Follow-up with sales leads and persuade potential customers to complete and submit an application.
  • Maintain a high standard of grammatically and factually correct responses in order to maintain service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Apply proper telephone etiquette in an effort to build and retain a loyal customer base.
  • Attend to calls in a timely manner, and reduce waiting time to the minimum amount of time possible.
  • Advice potential customers with detailed information and recommend alternatives in case of customer uncertainty.
  • Update and maintain complete received calls and outgoing call records in the system.
  • Comply with Quality Assurance requirements to enhance the quality of services provided by the Administration Department and increase customers’ satisfaction.
  • Respond to customers’ complaints and ensure prompt resolution of complaints within the stipulated timelines with high efficiency and effectiveness, in order to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Record, track and recognize customer’s complaint trends and keep a detailed record of this information in order to minimize the recorded issues in the future transactions.
  • Develop and maintain the complaints filing and archiving system to ensure a fast retrieval of information as and when required.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports that cover call records, customer complaints details and other related fields for the management as required.
