Develop & monitor overall HR strategies, systems, and tactics across the organization aligned with overall business strategies.
Provide guidance and counseling on HR-related issues.
Resource generalist services, including compliance with regulatory agencies (labor office, insurance, industrial safety, etc.).
Sourcing & Administer the Recruitment Process by following up the overall process progress with all concerned parties to ensure the fulfillment of the company’s manpower needs.
Ensure all recruitment policies, procedures and techniques are adhered to and recommend improvements.
Conduct training sessions related to Ethics, benefits, safety, or others as required.
Providing Performance coaching and counseling services.
Job Requirements
Bachelor degree with human resources major or business administration .
Proven working experience as HR manager more than 5 years in an industrial organization preferably electronics field.
Knowledge of HR systems and databases In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
