Main tasks:
- Finding the best tech solution among all possible to solve the existing business problems.
- Describing the structure, characteristics, behavior, and other aspects of software to project stakeholders.
- Defining features, phases, and solution requirements.
- Providing specifications according to which the solution is defined, managed, and delivered.
- Monitoring the performance of live apps and work on optimizing them at the code level
- Identifying and resolving bottlenecks, rectifying bugs, and enhancing application performance
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and design new features
- Staying up to date with new technology trends, applications, and protocol.
- Manage Project timelines and deliverables.
- Task Distribution and Follow-up within development team.
- Improve the delivery process and the quality of the developments
- Working Closely with IKEA Business to understand and capture requirement.
Job Requirements
Education Skills
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Technical Skills
- IT Infrastructure and cloud development
