Ensure that quality standards (internal and customer standards) are well known and followed.
Lead the analysis of any deviation detected by customer or internally using the proper quality tools , the implementation of action plan in case of any deviation and the good follow up.
Measure the quality performance and ensure the implementation of efficient action plan in case of any deviation.
Lead the implementation of the quality process used to ensure the quality of deliverables.
Train consultants and management about the importance of quality process and respect of customer requirement to reach customer satisfaction.
Organize quality audits to ensure all requirement are respected.
Deploy the Upgrading process for new activities (training plans, skills matrices and evaluation plans)
Carry out training engineering actions,
Manage training budgets,
Manage and pilot the Upskilling/reskilling of the activities of its perimeter,
Lead the development and management of content, and the development of the network of technical referents
Manage the training digitalization project,
Ensure monthly and quarterly reporting, and manage the MEC activities
Develop partnerships with schools and universities,
Deploy group training plans
Develop and organize training with external organizations
Job Requirements
Your profile
Bachelor or master’s degree in relevant area (Human resources, quality, production, industry);
Mastering training Engineering
Mastering quality tools (FMEA, PDCA, 8D, QRQC,…)
Intermediate to Advanced English, written and spoken (English level B2);
Good capacity to manage meetings and to convince and lead the team to excellence;
Rigor to ensure the respect of internal and external processes;
Good analytical, relational and communication skills.
