Job Requirements

Support VMware products deployed in customer networks such as ESXi, vSpere, vCenter, NSX, NSX for vSphere, HorizonDaaS, Workspace One,

Workspace One UEM Console

Troubleshooting

Configuration

Analyzing and evaluating devices to ensure devices are configured to operate at optimal performance

Documenting the procedure performed to configure and troubleshoot for further references

Effective engagement with customers (written & verbal) while ensuring Customer Satisfaction.

Execute complex

Service Activities,

Remote Support,

Optimization

An escalation resource

for less experienced

Agents.

Subject Matter Expert in technology domain.

Review End to end delivery,

Interoperability and Design

Expertise in at least 2-3 VMware Products

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree

Experience: 6 year to 8 years
