Analyzing and evaluating devices to ensure devices are configured to operate at optimal performance

Documenting the procedure performed to configure and troubleshoot for further references

Effective engagement with customers (written & verbal) while ensuring Customer Satisfaction.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree

Experience: 1 year to 2 years

Certifications: VCA/VCTA - VMware Certified Technical Associate

Excellent English communication (especially Verbal) skills
